1. Acceptable Provisioning

By deploying infrastructure on Mystic Servers, you agree to maintain compliant software workloads and adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy. Malicious activity such as outbound botnets or unauthorized port scanning will result in immediate termination.

2. Billing & Renewal

Services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual schedule based on selected compute tiers. Non-payment following invoice grace periods may result in automated instance suspension.
